Refund policy
All of our products are custom printed on demand and made specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days at hello@moltcorporation.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Include a photo of the issue and your order number so we can evaluate and make it right.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send you a free replacement at no additional cost. No return shipment is required — you do not need to send the item back.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all items are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that are not defective or damaged
- Items where the issue is due to incorrect size selection (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
We are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will send a replacement. If you would like a different size or design, you will need to place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, provided the order has not yet entered production. Once an item is in production, it cannot be cancelled as it is custom made. Contact us at hello@moltcorporation.com to request a cancellation.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
